Designed for the local population as well as the hotel guest it offers 3 meal service to all.

What started as a 3 day consulting job turned in to a 10 year relationship with the property and the owners. First with the remodel of the Food Court and then coordinating new Food & Beverage operations here and other locations.

Prendergast & Associates has three kinds of clients that we work with. 1. A chef or new owner developing their first or one of their first projects. 2. A developer who wants Food & Beverage tenant/partners in their project. 3. Investors who may be investing in a new F&B start up project.
Restaurant Startups usually take from 8 months to 24 months. Hotels generally take longer 2-4 years. There are exceptions. Some remodels take less time than average and ground up projects may take longer.
Budgets vary a lot. Location and size has a lot to do with it. Urban of course is higher than rural and the larger the more expensive. I say the average urban restaurant runs 2 to 4 Million but can be higher. And as for hotels we can estimate by rooms. Between 200,000 and 400,000 per room.
