Designed for the local population as well as the hotel guest it offers 3 meal service to all.
Prendergast & Associates worked with Hatch design to re-conceptualize the Miami Classic for Specialty Restaurant Company. It was an honor to be part of this total remodel.
What started as a 3 day consulting job turned in to a 10 year relationship with the property and the owners. First with the remodel of the Food Court and then coordinating new Food & Beverage operations here and other locations.
The new owners wanted to bring back CLASSIC OLD HOLLYWOOD and this was the perfect property
